Parking Information for Lowell Folk Festival Weekend

Please note there is event parking on specific streets listed below. The rate is $5 and can be paid via the Passport Parking App or at a nearby kiosk. Event rate is only available on streets listed below, while all other on-street parking will have standard parking rates enforced on Saturday, with an emphasis on crosswalks, intersections, fire hydrants, and parking on bridges.

Special Event Parking Areas and Fees/Rates:

A "Special Event Parking Fee" will be in effect on Friday, July 26, beginning at 5:00PM, until Sunday, July 28, at 5:00PM. Ayotte, Downes, HCID, Leo Roy: $20

Lower Locks, Davidson Lot, Early: $15
